Information you Provide to us:
When you visit our website and use the Contact Us page on the website we ask for certain pieces of information.   If you telephone us or call in person we may ask for additional information.  If you correspond with us by letter you will provide personal information that we may use.

We collect Personal Information that you supply to us at Events such as ‘Open Days’ or ‘Hearing Exhibitions’. This is done verbally or by you using one of our data collection forms.  This may be hand written or in a digital format and in either instance the personal information you provide, along with your contact preferences and any consents you choose to give us, will be recorded in our CRM system . This will then be used to provide you with the information e.g Monthly e-Newsletters or other services you have requested from us.

Special Category Data
In addition to the Personal Data that we collect, and is listed and described above, other ‘Special Category’ data relating to your general health and in particular information specific to the state of your hearing health will collected within the process of us providing our services and products as Hearing Aid Audiologists.  

We will collect this as part of the patient medical record keeping required by our professional body the HCPC   from hearing assessments and other services we provide to you.  This information is confidential and will be handled only in line with the HCPC Confidentiality Policy. Information we collect automatically:

When someone visits we collect certain information related to your device, such as your devices IP address, what pages your device visited and the time and duration.

VIP Hearing Solutions Ltd. use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.
